Small Group Customer Service Call Center hours will change from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm to 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The effective date for this change is July 3.

Call center phone number 800-868-2500 ext. 41010. This call center is specifically for agents and groups. Members can still call the Member Service Center at 800-868-2500 ext. 43475, for claims and benefit questions until 5:30 pm.
